The new series kicks off an Ultra HD future the company’s entire camera lineup, and sets new standards for smart home-friendly cameras with innovative design and features, along with the pursuit for greener, responsible technology. The series currently includes three main models: the EB5 4K and the CB5 4K solo cameras, which integrate high-efficiency solar panels on their camera body, and the BC1c 4K, an upgraded version from the best-selling EZVIZ eLife that requires an add-on solar panel. With exceptional vision in 4K ultra clarity, all three seek to reach the pinnacle of truly “hands-free, automated security” – they’re among the first to use EZVIZ’s unique Always-on Video (EZVIZ AOV) mode to provide 24/7 continuous images in a smarter way, which doesn’t rapidly drain battery and storage space.

Time for Ultra HD smart vision

When it comes to user demands on outdoor security, two are of utmost importance – enjoying crystal-clear vision and detecting potential threats, according to Tu. EZVIZ's 4K solar cameras excel in both aspects. Its top-of-the-line 4K lenses see down to the tiniest details with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. Even in low-light conditions, integrated spotlights help render colorful footages to restore information vividly.

The enhancements don't stop there. Working like a tireless guardian that doesn’t even blink much, the cameras does much more than recording motion-triggered videos. They rely on the AOV mode to automatically wake themselves up at scheduled intervals to take continuous images about what’s going on. Whether it's an unexpected visitor or a passing vehicle, the cameras provide real-time alerts without any additional costs.

Such powerful vision and detection capabilities are well supported by their storage capacity. Users can use extra-large local memory cards of up to 512GB, and rely on the H.265 technology to efficiently compress and smoothly stream 4K video files. The cameras also support Wi-Fi 6 to enhance cross-wall internet stability with low-latency 4K streaming.

Worry-free protection powered by sunshine

With their cordless, solar style, the series is meant to cover open areas that can be hard to reach for conventional cameras. For example, just two hours of direct sunlight can power one EB5 or CB5 to run non-stop. Even in the rainy season, the on-board large batteries ensure they can steadily operate for up to 180 days without recharging or solar charging. Whether a homeowner looks to enhance backyard security or a business owner needs to monitor a large premises, the purpose-built cameras ensures quick, flexible installation without professional assistance, saving users both time and money.

It’s worth noticing that, the 4K solar series is now part of the EZVIZ Green Initiative, a company-wide project that reflects EZVIZ’s ongoing efforts to protect the planet. In 2024, the revenue from their purchase will help farmers around the world to grow greenness that promote local biodiversity while providing economic benefits.
