Crowned a winner at the prestigious German Innovation Awards, the RS20 Max stands as a testament to EZVIZ’s unwavering commitment to innovation and user-centric design in the smart home sector. Blending AI-driven automation, advanced cleaning performance, and a self-sustaining all-in-one base station, it sets a new standard for whole-home smart cleaning solutions.
The German Innovation Awards are among the most esteemed honors in the international technology and design communities, recognizing products that break new ground and deliver tangible value to users. Chosen from over 520 entries across 23 countries, EZVIZ’s RS20 Max was lauded by a distinguished interdisciplinary jury for its trailblazing AI features and outstanding everyday functionality, affirming EZVIZ’s position at the forefront of intelligent home innovation.
More than just a household appliance, the RS20 Max embodies a bold vision for autonomous home care. Equipped with advanced AI, it learns and adapts in real-time, creating tailored cleaning strategies for different floor types and user preferences. Its ability to detect and respond to nuanced household environments marks a major step forward in smart automation.
“With each new innovation, EZVIZ takes one step closer to a future where cleaning is no longer a chore but a brand-new part of a smarter lifestyle,” said Kimi Zhou, product manager of smart cleaning at EZVIZ. “What we’ re offering is a new kind of home automation, where the cleaning robot becomes an intelligent, self-sustaining partner in your home. This combination of AI and self-developed technologies ensures users get the best of both worlds - smart autonomy and high-performance cleaning.”
Revolutionizing Cleaning with Smarter, Self-Reliant Technology
Traditional robotic vacuums often struggle to detect different types of stains or navigate around furniture. The RS20 Max tackles these common pain points with its ability of omni-dimensional spatial information processing. Equipped with an AI RGB camera, LDS navigation, and structured light, it can detect 108 types of objects and avoid obstacles that would otherwise disrupt cleaning. Even more impressive, the RS20 Max detects liquid and sticky stains, something many robots miss, commented Kimi. Once it identifies these areas, the robot automatically lifts the main roller brush and side brushes, increases water flow through its mop pads, and locks onto the stain, re-mopping the area up to three times for an in-depth clean. With hands-free task automation and dynamic progress adjustments, it ensures that cleaning is always optimized for the specific situation at hand.
The RS20 Max shines through with its ability to clean smartly and effectively. Its 13,000 Pa suction power ensures it picks up even the most stubborn dirt, outperforming many robots that struggle with high-pile carpets or hard floors with gaps. The real difference-maker, however, is its patented 3-in-1 CutFree brush system. Unlike standard brushes that get clogged with hair, this upgraded version the upgraded version is designed to actively prevent tangles by brushing up hidden hair and dust while flapping fast to dust off the carpet. While many robot vacuums rely on basic mop pads, the RS20 Max features dual rotating mop pads that spin at 180 RPM, providing superior scrubbing power and better coverage.
The RS20 Max’s all-in-one base station takes convenience to the next level by handling maintenance tasks automatically. It empties the dustbin after each cleaning session, ensuring hands-free dirt disposal without the need for manual intervention. The base station also cleans, dries, and prepares the mop pads for the next use, saving time and effort. With an integrated clean water tank that refills the robot’ s water supply during docking, it guarantees continuous mopping performance without requiring constant refills.
“With the RS20 Max, we’ re redefining what’ s possible in home cleaning,” said Kimi. “For example, we know that carpet cleaning can be one of the most challenging tasks for a robot vacuum. That’s why we focused on delivering a solution that adapts to users' needs - whether it’s automatically detecting carpets and adjusting suction power or lifting brushes to avoid damage. It’s this level of attention to detail that sets the RS20 Max apart. At EZVIZ, we listen to what users want, and we design products with the belief that smart living isn’ t just a luxury. It’ s a lifestyle that everyone deserves, and the RS20 Max is here to make that a reality.”
