  • This device is compatible with standard local storage cards widely available on the market, supporting capacities from 16 GB to 512 GB. The local storage card must be purchased separately. To ensure reliable read/write performance and device stability, a branded storage card with a speed class of Class 10 or above is recommended.The cloud storage service is only available in certain markets. Please verify the availability before making any purchase.
  • Users are able to customize the ringtone sent by the indoor display by touch controls or via the EZVIZ App. The outdoor doorbell only provides one default ringtone and cannot be customized.
  • Please note that the TP5 screen only supports managing EZVIZ devices.
  • Data from EZVIZ Lab's test results under standard conditions. Will vary with the frequency and complexity of the activity captured, and other environmental factors.
  • Users can draw in rectangles to customize up to 4 privacy zones.
