Your footage captures will loop, meaning that when your 7 or 30 days run out, the storage will begin again and overlap from the start. If you are worried about losing specific footage, you can save this to your smartphone at any time for permanent usage and can even send on to someone before the time frame runs out, so even if your footage is lost on the Cloud you have it as and when you need it.
You can change your CloudPlay subscription, either storage period and/or billing cycle, for example, from a 7-day plan to a 30-day plan, or from the monthly billing cycle to yearly.
You can stop recording at any time during the subscription. The subscription will not be cancelled or extended by stopping recording. After you stop recording, the camera will not record any new clips in the cloud storage, but you can view and playback the video clips and the alarm history within the storage period.
For example, you are on a 7-day cloud storage plan. When you decide to stop recording on Jan. 8th, you can playback the history recorded from Jan. 1st to the moment you stop recording. On the following day, you can view and playback the history recorded from Jan. 2nd to Jan. 8th. By Jan. 15th, all the data will exceed the number of days of storage and be erased.
Once the subscription is activated, the subscription period starts immediately, and it will not stop when you stop recording. For example, you activate the service on Aug 15st, and your subscription period is one month. If you stop the cloud recording between Aug 20th and Aug. 30th, the subscription period still ends on Sep 15th.
You can delete your device data any time during the subscription. When you delete device data, you will clear your video and alarm history in the cloud storage associated with the selected device. There is no option for recovery once the data is permanently deleted.
Your CloudPlay subscription will not be stopped, cancelled or extended by deleting the device data.

You can cancel your subscription any time during the subscription period.
But this runs based on your payment date, it simply means if you cancel half way through a month you will continue to receive the service until your next payment date. Don’t’ worry, we won’t take more money off of you when this date arrives upon cancellation, it is simply the date it would end until you decide to start it again in the future.
